WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS
All of our products will serve their intended functions and all items are brand new.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
Upon any custom made product order requests, the product item code, preferred colour and length (for bracelet, choker & necklace) are to be clearly provided to us via email.
If there is any particular design we are requested to follow, a draft or picture of the design will be required. We strive to follow as close as the design provided. However we are not liable for any variation, which is not within our means or clearly specified by you. Upon your acceptance on our quotation for your requested design & requirements, the product will be considered sold to you and an advance full payment will be required (Please see Payment & Delivery details). We reserve the rights to accept or reject any custom made order request.
WHOLESALE PRODUCTS
Upon any wholesale product order requests, the product item codes are to be clearly specified to us via email.
Upon your acceptance on our quotation for your requested product items, the products will be considered sold to you and an advance full payment will be required (Please see Payment & Delivery details). We reserve the rights to accept or reject any wholesale order request.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER REQUEST
Upon successful receipt of any electronic order request, we will send an electronic confirmation to you within two (2) working days.
For any unavailability of product(s) you have requested or any other necessary details we may require, we will liaise with you via email and/or telephone within three (3) working days after successful receipt of your electronic order request.We reserve the rights to accept or reject any order request.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER REQUEST
Any cancellation of electronic order request after the final confirmation of the order request will not be accepted. Cancellation of order request(s) after any deposit or any advance full payment made will not be accepted. And we will not be able to refund the deposit or the advance full payment made (Please see Payment & Delivery details).
EXCHANGE & REFUND
Local Order & Delivery
For local deliveries to your addresses and designated MRT stations, you are advised to check and acknowledge receipt the purchased product(s). Any refund or exchange after the acknowledgement of receipt of purchased product(s) will not be accepted.
For local deliveries via registered and non-registered mailing, the purchased product(s) will be properly packed before delivery. Any refund or exchange after the acknowledgement of receipt of purchased product(s) will not be accepted.
We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes a defective product. Product(s) eligible for exchange must be new, unused, contain all original product packaging and accessories.
For unavailability of any exchange product(s), you may exchange for another product of the same value or lower. However, we are unable to refund the balance should the exchange be of a lesser amount.
International Order & Delivery
For international deliveries, the purchased product(s) will be properly packed before delivery. Any refund or exchange after the acknowledgement of receipt of purchased product(s) will not be accepted.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions together with your electronic order request(s) and order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your purchase of the product(s) listed on this website and supersede any and all statements or other agreements (oral or written) between you and us.
DISCLAIMERS
We do not guarantee or warrantee that this website is free of viruses or any other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any damage or virus that may infect your computer equipment or any other property resulting from any activities or components relating to this website.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered during any local or international deliveries or incurred by you after acknowledgement of receipt of your purchased product(s) (Please see Exchange & Refund details above).
